Berdan Cıvata is one of the biggest fasteners manufacturer with its fully integrated factory and more than a half century of manufacturing experience. It has 435 qualified employees, 80 of them are leading expert engineers and keeps going to its activity on totally 49.500 m² area, in Turkey.
Berdan Cıvata has hot&cold forging facilities, heat treatment facilities, surface coating (HDG, EG, ZF etc.) facilities, R&D center and ISO EN/IEC 17025 accredited test laboratory.
Berdan Cıvata is manufacturing mostly 8.8, 10.9 and 12.9 grades high quality fasteners (bolts, nuts, studbolts, anchors, anchor cages and washers etc) for global companies and mega projects.
Berdan Cıvata manufactures fasteners according to customized technical drawings besides of international standards (DIN, ISO, EN, ASTM, DASt, GOST, BS etc). Berdan provides ISO/EN 10204 3.1 Test Certificates for each orders free of charge.
Europe’s strongest tensile test device (capacity:500 tons, patented by Berdan) and torque friction test device (capacity: 30.000 N/m) are located in Berdan’s ISO EN 17025 accredited test laboratory. Also, with this laboratory renders service to our valuable customers with 20 pcs quality control tests.

In our Berdan integrated surface coating facilities, Hydrogen Embrittlement Risk is "ZERO" on Berdan's high strength hot-dipped galvanized products, with a special method patented by Berdan.
