SWD Inc. specializes in Black Oxide, Passivation, Phosphating, Fastener Sorting, Packaging, Doerken and Magni Dip Spin Coatings. The focus for our coating lines is to provide “Gentle Handling” of customer supplied fasteners to ensure that parts as large as M40 can be processed without causing thread nicks and other damage that can occur during bulk processing. The Phosphate line can utilize either rack or barrels, and the barrels can be run with an oscillating motion or full rotation depending on the part configuration. SWD Inc. offers four different types of Phosphate (Heavy Zinc, Calcium Modified Zinc, Iron and Manganese). The new Dip Spin line at SWD offers the latest state of the art technology to minimize recess fill utilizing a unique recipe driven tilt during the spin cycle allowing completely customizable recipes for every part. By doing this SWD can build a recipe specific to each part with variable parameters for rotation, tilting, reorientation and cure vibration.
