Thank you for choosing to exhibit at INTERNATIONAL FASTENER EXPO 2025. Please review the following instructions and guidelines to assist you in using our new online contract site.

The initial booth processing fee must be made using ACH or a credit card. If you are unable to make your deposit via ACH or credit card, please email your Account Executive for further assistance.

Booth Payment Schedule:

  • 30% of the total booth space fee is due by date of contract(s) submission or by March 15 2025 , whichever is earlier - This is a non-refundable fee

  • 65% of the total booth space fee is due by March 15 2025 - exhibitor is liable for 65% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee

  • 100% of the total booth space is due by July 1, 2025 - exhibitor is liable for 100% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee.

If you wish to pay the balance by check or wire transfer, INTERNATIONAL FASTENER EXPO must receive the full installment booth balances prior to the due date.  If payment is not received, your credit card may automatically be charged for subsequent payments based upon the above payment schedule.
